Words of Advice
I am up all day, active with my kids, volunteering at school, working freelance, and, for the most part, caring for the house (or decidedly letting it go). Now, more days than not, I feel like I could go for a run, but I’ve learned my lesson and replaced running with walking and yoga. I’m not 100%, yet, but I’ve found a new normal, and I’m enormously grateful for the support of my incredible family and the amazing work of Dr. Lerner.
