The Canadian Tiredness Test

The Canadian Tiredness Test

Used in sleep labs to assess how tired you are because of poor sleep, the Canadian Tiredness test or "psychomotor vigilance test" is an online test that assesses your ability to react quickly.

(The test appears to measure how long it takes for the signal to move your finger gets from your brain to your finger.)

Psychomotor slowing has been validated in chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), and has been found in fibromyalgia.

I took it after a poor nights sleep and it worked; it stated that I'd probably had a poor nights sleep.

One might think you'd might get faster at the test over time but as the test went on, and when I took the test again, I noticed it was more difficult not less, to do and I was getting slower.
