Conceptual Model for Physical Therapist Management of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic encephalomyel 2017-10-09

Todd Davenport, physical therapist and exercise physiologists at the Workwell group produce a guide to physical therapy for people with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).

The guide employs exercise test results to produce a heart rate based approach to exercise and activity, plus stretching, short-term anaerobic exercises and abundant rest periods.

It was published in the Journal of the American Physical Therapy Association.
