Could it be plausible that orthostatic intolerance could be related to orthostatic proteinuria urine in Nutcracker Syndrome compression to or the left kidney vein between the aorta & SMA?

I have an enlarged left kidney I cannot sleep or lie on my left side I also cannot lie down on my stomach the Flank Pain & lower left back, the pain is extreme. Nutcracker is usually found about one inch right side up of the left kidney in the vein.

The urine test is done in an orthostatic position collection 18 hours & 8 hours sleeping or lying down supine. blood clots are common as well many have them not all xx

Nutcracker symptoms of compression can also run across the lower spine and can be also seen on Doppler ultrasound Scans & Nutcracker is something we can also be born with

The Bateman Horne Center has also published some helpful information for ERs, PCPs, and those of us who are in a crash (or know we might need to be ready in case we have a crash):
--Their brief summary and guidelines to take to the ER: https://batemanhornecenter.org/wp-c...Care-Considerations-for-MECFS-1.19.22-005.pdf
--Their general guidelines for overall treatment: https://batemanhornecenter.org/wp-c.../Clinical-Care-Guide-First-Edition-2025-1.pdf
--Their guidelines for a crash: https://batemanhornecenter.org/wp-c...sh_care/Dark_Blue_Survival_Guide_Complete.pdf

They seem to have quite a few useful resources (although I'll admit that not every person whom we want to explain things to will want to read these PDFs at full length!).
