Supplement beta-caryophyllene and plasmalogens: need help

Dear all

I hear often that some people have positive effects on their brainfog with beta-caryophyllene
In particular this product here is mentioned often: https://cannanda.com/products/cb2-wellness?variant=42634386112737

Could anyone help me in terms of how to dosage this?
General advice on how often and when to take it? Morning? Evening? How much? etc.
I have, irronically, to much brainfog to search the internet for hours and hours.


Also another question is about plasmalogens:
I heard thouse help as well... but there I don't even know a product... and also not how to take it, how much per day, etc.
Any help regarding that as well?

I haven't heard of this. I'm concerned that just a quick Google search tells me that this product is sleep-inducing. I don't need help with that! ;-) Hopefully someone who has experimented with this will chime in.

I have used that exact product with excellent results for my FM (and continue to use it daily). Pain reduction happened quickly within a couple of days. For clarity, I also used the CB2 Salve topically on painful/tender spots. This product here https://cannanda.com/collections/all/products/cb2-salve

Brain fog took a little while longer, but diminished after about a week or two of continuous use. I use the CB2 Wellness twice a day by inhalation (3 drops each time), once upon waking, and again before bed. I tried sublingual but I'm not a fan of the taste. Inhalation is easy and I've grown to really like the scent.

The company's customer service is excellent and I would suggest you contact them regarding dosing if you have specific questions.
