Cfs and iron deficiency symptoms a close match

Gut malabsorption can cause iron deficiency.
Symptoms are uncanny similar.
Careful with too much iron too.

I wonder if a blood t test hat is normal can hide intra cellular or organ iron depletion.

It matches the low oxygen in the brain discussions.

Also I used to live at 14000 ft over the sea level.

When returning home to high altitude, the feeling you get when doing minor exertion is almost identical to the one I get with CFS at sea kevel.

Dr. John Whiting has the same findings I think. I believe he's able to track fatigue using ferritin levels if I have it right. As I remember, though, it's quite a complex subject...

I am going to supplement 27 mg per day. 1.5 times RDA. Nothing drastic. See what happens...

Mi iron levels are in mid range. So have some leeway.
