Great Labs on Taking Berberine for 1 yr (glucose)

My glucose has been creeping up and last year in May my glucose came in at 120, and the range is 65-99 I believe....so it was too high and with doc's go ahead I took Berberine for the last year, 500mg daily and my glucose labs this year came in at
84, so I'm a very happy camper, Berberine worked for me.

No I don't have diabetes and don't want it FOR SURE...
