Co-Cure Japan(Japanese) said that CRP is most used to test inflammatory response, but can't detect systemic inflammatory of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Serum amyloid A(SSA), another inflammatory marker, can sometimes detect systemic inflammation like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
