second rebound (so far) from Covid

I have just had my second rebound of Covid, and I’m wondering if other mecfs patients have experienced this. I am fully vaxxed as of Oct 2023 and this is my first covid experience. July 28 tested positive. Began eight days of paxlovid. Aug 7 tested very very faint line. August 8 tested negative. August 10 tested strong line positive. August 19 tested negative again on subsequent days. August 23 test strong line positive. I’m using non-expired test kits, and checking even for the faint line, but they must not be capturing the illness (which must also be fluctuating in severity). I have had symptoms this whole time, but they are generally getting less, except increased chest congestion and fatigue.
