I follow Dan Neuffer on instagram and he had a recent interview with someone on this and I found some study about it, but I'm still looking into more about what it is exactly. I'm listening to a podcast right now called, "Wisdom from the Other Side of Recovery..." Dan Neuffer is interviewing Dr Kati Thieme about the SET. I'm struggling to understand what she's saying but it's an hour and a half long and I'm only half way thru so I have hope. It seems important. 🤓
