I'm really looking forward to this webinar, just in time for the end of the American Heart Month.
I think that the cardiac abnormalities often get swept aside in ME/CFS since we don't seem to be dying of heart disease or attacks at any increased rate. But they are present and tools like meditation and working on increasing heart rate variability definitely have their place in the treatment protocols.
Some of my favorite doctors and researchers are presenting at this conference and I encourage everyone to check it out! It's free!
