10 Most Overrated Health Foods

Most of those foods listed I wouldn't even put in the catagory of health-foods!

The only thing I think is healthy that was listed is the banana.

We get very little in a med banana, about 400mg and the daily RDA for adults is 4700-5100mg of potassium. Where do you get the rest to meet the RDA for optimal potassium?

I add lite salt (NaK) to my food. It's half potassium. I also like V8 (tomato) and tomato sauce.

I noticed this morning I was more fatigued as I did NOT take 200mg of potassium before I went to sleep. It hit me I feel a little more Awake when I take potassium before I go to sleep.

A friend with CFS still takes 200mg potassium gluconate 3-4 times daily. The foods just don't do it....some help but to even get to the RDA, not on t he foods.
