hello, I'm new, I am writing to you from Italy, I am 42 and CFS for about 20 years. Congratulations on the forum, I saw that you are very experienced :) I would like to ask you for advice for my sleep problems. with 2 hospitalized polysomnographs and now with a wrist fitbit I discovered that my sleep is characterized by an average heart rate higher than that of the day throughout the night, very low hrv (on average 20) and little deep sleep. before sleeping I take 4 mg of melatonin (otherwise deep sleep would be non-existent), magnesium, theanine and cbd.
Do you have any advice? does anyone use Apollo Neuro or Sensate for similar problems? thank you all

Sleeping grounded (earthing) really can help sleep along with circumin for inflammation if you have a chronic viral issue with inflammation. I used a static electricity wrist band connected to an electrical plug grounded to the wall electrical socket.
