Back pain

Any of you have mid-back pain with CFS/ME? It feels like my back muscles are sore when I move. It doesn’t seem to bother me at night while I’m sleeping or when I’m hunched over. Some days are better than others. It’s definitely a weird feeling. Not your typical back pain. It’s almost like the muscles are tired and sore from being tired. ‍♀️Had it for the last week. Is it a poor posture issue?

Maybe muscular? I get what I call spasms and hubby thinks it's from deconditioning and having to lie around so much.... Like I have a choice. I have always had horrible posture and this makes it worse, I think...also degenerating discs...Good luck and hope you find some relief!
