Cancer Prevention & Grape Seed Extract

When I first arrived here I posted on Grape Seed Ex in general use and I can't find the post...The reason I got on Pycnogenol and subsequently Grape Seed Extract is that we were told by doctors and research people that it MAY prevent cancer(s). Lots of research going on in cancer research facilities and I found this incredible LONG read on grape seed extract and cancer(s)...

I've been taking one or both 22 yrs now. All in all in good health and counting on it for "C" prevention. I'm 79.

I thought I had a "general" grape seed ex thread but I can't find it. I'll add this on teeth and GUM health. I have tight healthy gums and attribute it to grape seed extract too. Do not go to dentist now for about 5 yrs. I make my own coconut oil toothpaste...WOW.

I share this Site with many folks as it's an indepth overview of all that Grape Seed Ex addresses. I don't use this company but they are probably very good. So so many companies sell grape seed ex now.
