CrossFit health warning: Experts say workouts two days in a row could 'suppress immune system'

Experts have warned that doing CrossFit classes two days in a row could damage fitness enthusiast's immune systems.

They warn that although Current trends in the fitness industry have seen more people turning to high-intensity, constantly varied exercise programs to achieve their fitness goals, they are doing too much.
Whew lucky I only do it never.
