Mendus is a website created by an ME/CFS patient that is dedicated to producing patient based research studies. You can join in this study or the diet study and help advance the knowledge regarding what works and what doesn't in ME/CFS.

A sneak peek at the Chronic Fatigue D-Ribose Study results. Over the course of 3 weeks sleep quality increased and pain decreased. Keep in mind this is from only a few individuals and unequal numbers in the different time points. If you're interested in joining it's free (though you need to get your own D-Ribose) and you can start at any time (http://www.mendus.org/chronic-fatigue-syndrome.html)

I tried it. Really amped me up so I had to stop.

Take it in the morning. Just a suggestion.

I used to take D-ribose but didn't notice any improvement in my CFS symptoms. Dr. Martin Pall doesn't think we should be taking it as he believes that it increases oxidative stress.

Didn't do a thing for me either - thanks for the info on Dr.Poll's thoughts.

I'm in the study and taking Bottle A - I haven't noticed any difference from my previous d-ribose brand but I may be taking the placebo currently.
