Ah, BulletProof Coffee... I have drank a lot of this, but more recently I've cut back.
When I make it, my recipe is:
Fresh Ground BulletProof brand Decaf coffee brewed in a French Press
2-4 Tbls Kerrygold butter
1-2 Tbls MCT oil (usually BP Brain Octane)
a chunk or two of raw cacao butter
occasionally, I add:
collagen protein
raw pastured egg yolks
dash of stevia
And blend until frothy and delicious! It really is delicious. When people ask me 'how can you put butter in coffee?', I ask them which tastes better in coffee, cream or skim milk? Well, butter, is just the richest cream you'll ever find. It's all of the fat from heavy cream, with none of the protein. But you have to blend it - it wont dissolve if you just try to mix it and you wind up with an oil slick on top of your coffee.
