whatever this stuff is, I think it's way too big and complicated for nutritional supplements...

I dont think diet has significant influence in cfs. Obviously a.clean diet without processed foods is good for everyone but stone age...vegan.....paleo....etc...dont seem to bring major impacts to cfs majorities.
its a disease of HPA/hormonal regulation in my book no diet can alter.it....but I wish i was wrong.

Warm and dry - I could see infrared sauna's, music rooms, maybe total immersion tubs - all really good foods - an organic garden right there! It would be great!
Definite caution to anyone getting a sauna as treatment, if you have POTS or heat sensitivity like me try before you buy. Saunas and hot tubs are a Nono for POTS patients anyways with the blood pressure, heart rate, and fainting (in fact the doc gave me advice to even take showers as mild as I could get them unless using for muscle relief occasionally).
But something that came with my fibro and CFS is sensitivity to sun (nausea, headaches, crawly skin feeling, not to mention I burn even being in a car for 10 minutes) and also heat/cold intolerance, all my symptoms get worse when I'm hot (pain, nausea, headaches, general discomfort in body and skin, lightheaded, etc).
If you have a chance to try a sauna at a spa, hotel, gym, friend's home, or even see if you have reactions to hot baths etc because they'll be a lot worse sitting in a sauna for an hour everyday

I've always wondered about what difference would money make for people with CFS/ME or similar diseases.
Apart from not having to work and being able to rest more. Do you think money would change your condition? How?
The biggest thing would be not having to worry about how I will survive financially in my senior years. Being able to afford not only a roof over my head and decent food, but also dental care, dentures and hearing aids if needed, medications. Those things won't even be a consideration for me if things don't improve financially. :depressed:

More money would definitely help. For one thing, it would remove all financially-related stress.

Not only would we be able to easily afford the necessary treatments, but we'd also be able to indulge in the things that helped us feel better. Frequent massages. Clean sheets on the daily. Organic food. A Jacuzzi. High-tech climate control. A really good mattress. House cleaners and personal shoppers.

Also, I live in New England. Love the area...hate the winters. It would be nice to have a tropical retreat to escape the snow and cold.

I mean there's stuff like Rituximab going on, and we'll only have the results in 2017 (and that will still be the start of the journey). So would you try stuff like that if money wasn't a problem? And if that didn't help, try other experimental treatments util find one that does the trick?
Or perhaps going to ME specialist after ME specialist or something like that and see what they have to offer?
The best i ever felt was when I could afford to go to an osteopath, who did iv supplement, homeopathic injections and recommended a number of gut improvement supplements i can no longer afford. My current insurance is an hmo, all i can afford and he's expensive for out of pocket care.

Money doesn't improve anybody health. your everyday routine like exercise, diet routine and other daily activities improve your health situation.

That's like saying: Money doesn't bring happiness; a mansion, a Ferrari and two yatchs does!

If I had more money by following the current method I would have restored my health two to three years ago.

Or by giving more weight to career and more money, I would have taken certain advise from modern medicine experts without much insight and might not have recovered at all.

Since I fought a lot to win this game and understand the struggle others are going through, I understand my own life much better than ever. And I understood how the treatment works through self study and experimenting. As I am refining the path I traveled, I will help many more to restore health.
