The same bad physician behavior we all experience can increase the likelihood of them being sued for malpractice in other, better defined areas of medicine.
This comes from an oncology journal blog post, written by a physician, advising other physicians on how to avoid malpractice suits. It's written in tongue-in-cheek reverse motivation method, advising them how to get sued for malpractice. Seeing it layed bare by a physician is validating.
