I've worked with EO's for many years and thru all my research and use for PAIN, I find that Wintergreen, Marjoram, Frankensence, Myrrh and Rosemary are my best help for Pain in my knee.
A friend who is also into health care as I am, just sent me info on Copaiba Oil and it's said to be very powerful for pain issues, little is to be used. This oil is from Brazil. So I probably will order it as it' sounds very good and very affordable. It can be added to a carrier like coconut oil or olive oil.
I just ordered a 4 oz bottle of Copaiba Oil from another source, not the one my friend told me about. Anxious to see if it helps with knee stiffness/pain and some other pain areas...
