Exercise late in the day

I generally feel better between 6pm and midnight, and discovered I can exercise fairly normally in that window, the later the better. I sleep fine, then like Cinderella, wake up without the golden slipper, which I did anyway before I started exercising at night. I wonder if enhanced immune function at night contributes to this??

Activity, physical or cognitive, past 2 PM gives me insomnia. That makes the 'feel a bit more energetic in the evening' a bit annoying. :banghead:
