Filter grade needed for herbal nasal spray solution?

I've been playing with herbal infusions in a refillable nasal sprayer as a way of busting up biofilms and clearing out chronic infections. Right now I'm opening neem leaf capsule to make a sort of "tea" with the contents.

The problem is that the herb is ground very finely, so a regular kitchen or tea strainer doesn't catch a lot of it; and if you don't filter it, the sprayer will clog up very quickly. I made do with a paper towel this time, but that's very messy so I'd prefer to use an actual filter/strainer of the proper size. The trouble is, I don't know how big of a solid particle size can pass through the nasal sprayer, so I don't know what to look for. Does anyone have an idea? 500 microns? 200? 100? Even smaller??? Thanks!
