I did the EliteHRV Foundations of HRV (paid) program last year. I found the information it included extremely useful in learning to use my HRV data, which can admittedly be overwhelming and confusing at first.
They are getting ready to kick off the class again this year and have offered 3 free presentations as a part of the ramp up.
