I threw away sudafed and drixoral 22 yrs ago thanks to Pycnogenol and then GrapeSeed Extract. A friend who is asthmatic and took drugs and uses inhaler has been taking Grape seed ex now going on 10 yrs and uses far LESS meds and inhaler less.

Thanks for the information on grapeseed extract! I have a question, what is Pycnogenol?

Hi, there are many sites on Pycnogenol and they are in the class called OPC's which grape seed ex and for the most part resveratrol too. The latter two from grape seeds and grape skins. You can google OPC's and learn about them too.

Pycnogenol is much more pricey, but I used swansons brand for some time and keep a bottle of their Pyc around and take them sometimes. Make up my skin moisturizer with contents of 100mg cap and base of Vit E cream or Aloe Vera cream or both.
