Hair Analysis

I didn’t find anything in the search engine for “Hair Analysis”. I read a study from 2011 that folks with Fibromyalgia have lower levels of electrolytes in their hair, thus having lower levels in their muscles which could cause the severe spasms. I personally have very low levels of all the electrolytes in my hair but normal in my blood. Hopefully someone has more info…

I had very low whole blood magnesium with severe muscle cramps. But not that much in hair, which I tested for 8 consecutive years. Beside very high oral doses (1.8 g/d for 16 years), only about 30 Mg-sulfate IVs finally ceased the cramps.

Everyone is different.

I don't have FM, but I'll add this in case it's useful: My electrolytes in my blood are usually fine, but my teeth are turning translucent, so I believe there is an electrolyte problem in my body overall. I think that my blood is taking minerals from everywhere else in order to maintain its levels.
