Has anyone had any experience with magnesium lotion?

Since hope springs eternal I bought some magnesium lotion a while back and have only now gotten around to using it.

I bought it because I am sure as you all can relate, I was just tired of taking so many pills.

Has anyone had any experiences good or bad that they are willing to share with me? I am forever interested other people's experiences with supplements.

When I forget to take magnesium pills, my legs kick at night. I keep magnesium as a spray oil in my bedroom for those occasions, and it stops the kicking right away.

The lotion and the Ancient Minerals spray both made me itchy. Somehow the Ease spray does not. Go figure. But I think it's easy to spray some on after a bath, so I use it! Yay, one less pill!
