Have sirisos problem with sleep!

For the past few months, I’ve been waking up several times during the night. It’s not really a problem with falling asleep — I can usually fall asleep within 15–20 minutes — but I rarely feel like I’ve had genuinely restorative sleep. I’ll wake up around 2 or 3 AM, sometimes because I’m thirsty, sometimes for no obvious reason, and then spend the rest of the night half-awake.
What makes it especially frustrating is that I’ve already tried all the usual things. I stopped drinking coffee after lunch, reduced alcohol almost completely, started leaving my phone outside the bedroom, bought blackout curtains, and even started taking evening walks. Some things helped a little, but nothing really changed the overall quality of my sleep.
Recently, I stumbled across the whole idea of structured water. I had heard the term before but honestly thought it was just another wellness trend. Then I started reading about how water can supposedly be influenced by different processes and how some people use devices to structure their drinking water.

What caught my attention was that the idea isn’t only about drinking more water. I’ve always assumed that if I drink enough water during the day, hydration is basically taken care of. But apparently there are people who believe the quality and structure of the water can make a difference as well.
Has anyone here actually used structured water for a few weeks or months?
