How do I find a medical provider in California who will accept I won't be taking medication or supplements?

I can see a PA, NP, or MD. But after 30 years of having CFS I am not looking to take any more medication, or supplements, and I'm done with expensive alternative treatments. I just need someone to document my symptoms a couple times a year, who understands the complexities of CFS. Thanks for any help.
