How do you get help with meals when you are not a senior?

Although I am a member of AARP, I am not yet a senior citizen. I am in much need of help with cooking and cleaning. I am currently getting quotes on maid services but I am having problems finding help with meals due to my age. It appears you must be 60 and all the meal services are geared towards senior citizens. I am only 53 and 7 years too young (I wish my body agreed with this). Does anyone know of a service which caters to all homebound individuals and not just senior citizens? I am close but no cigar!
