I have a big Youtube channel (it's my job). I work mostly with self improv content (in portuguese) but my next step is to try and make social experiments.... Everybody has done that kind of stuff on youtube, it's not a "valid" experiment most of the time.
But that got me thinking, how hard is it to just take a bunch of people and do some studies? I don't mean to get publicated or anything, but if they aren't making it because there's a lot of money and bureaucracy involved what about start doing small stuff at "home".
I mean get 30 subjects and give them something for 60 days. That's not hard to do and measure but it seems like the hardest thing to happen even in the simplest stuff for phyisicians.
Can I get in trouble for doing that?
