Loss of appetite?

Is it nausea or you just don't want to eat? H1 antistamines make me eat like crazy. Claritan was bad zyrtec was worse so maybe that? I'm blanking on things that would be appetite stimulants

Just been for a stomach scan results tomorrow,

Sometimes I swear its just wind but for 3 months my appetite had got less and less, Since the BP scare I cant keep anything down. Driving me crazy. This time last year I was 83 kg, now I am 57, not dieting or anything.

I've heard of others losing their appetite. That hasn't been a problem for me. Hope you get it figured out.

I can go for months with zero appetite. None. I literally have to force feed myself.

Then, without notice, I’ll eat everything in sight and still want more. That can last for weeks.

I suspect some feedback loop regarding satiety, insulin, and glucose is whacked. But then, what isn’t whacked would be a better question!
