Greetings forum. I wondered whether anyone had any experience of injecting themselves with magnesium? I've not had much luck with other forms of magnesium supplementation. I'm not sure how to practically go about it – I know roughly how to do it as I tried self-injecting with B12 for a while a few years ago, but not how to obtain magnesium sulphate, whether a prescription is required, etc. I'm in the UK. Thanks in advance. Phil
