Magnesium & Taurine

@garnet10 I took shots on and off for years and it was the single best treatment I ever did. I was very deficient based on RBC blood test. I did not feel any discomfort or pain like most people.

The last couple of years I've using mg chloride gel transdermal to maintain my levels.

Which magnesium did you use for injection? (magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, etc)

Did you inject taurine as well?

What dose did you use?

I used magnesium sulfate. Yes I combined it with taurine.

I'll have to look up the dose. It was the dosage Dr. Cheney recommended.

Magnesium Sulfate, stand 50% solution. 1/2cc drawn into the syringe first, followed by 1 1/2cc's of Taurine. The Taurine is compounded at 50mg/cc.

Draw up the Mg first and then the taurine so it enters the muscle first, this will take the sting out of the Mg. Mg can sting. Some add a little lidocaine but I didn't need it.
