MB12 dosing times? All at once or spread out?

Who Me?

I'm slowly working up my doses of MB12 and ADB12 doing a simplified methylation protocol. (metafolin, B6, B5 and LCF)

They say you should let the MB12 dissolve for at least an hour. What I don't know is if I should split the dose or take it all at once?

Right now I take 3 MB12 and 6 mgs ADB12 when I wake about 4 am. It takes a good 2-3 hours to dissolve. I take the other 3 mgs MB12 in the afternoon but it's inconvenient to have something under my lip all the time. It makes sense to space it out but?

I'm not sure if it's helping but I'm going to keep plugging along with this.
