Looking for a doctor in Philly area (or nearby) who is competent to diagnose ME/CFS.
I haven't seen a doctor for my ME/CFS issues in 6 years because I had gotten to the point that I tried everything they had to offer (not much help), and have since been experimenting on my own. Now, because of disability issues I need to get another "official diagnosis." My old doctor is in Boston, so it's not practical to go to him now.
It would be a fantastic bonus if the new doctor could also be trusted to have useful treatments, or could make suggestions about the very complex supplement regimen that I'm doing. Especially nice if they knew about high-dose thiamine treatment for mitochondrial issues. BUT, really I have low expectations, and the main thing is that they have to know what ME/CFS is and the important criteria for diagnosing it.
