My Food Sensitivities

I just bumped into one of my weirder food sensitivities - and I thought I would plop them down here in case they might help others. The latest was corn - my shoulder/neck tightened up really bad. That used to happen regularly. It could be agonizing...There are probably a few more but here they are.

I still eat some of these (grains) but in moderation.

  • corn - muscles spasms in neck/shoulder
  • soy - Extreme lethargy, only alcohol wipes me out more than soy
  • dairy - Gut cramping (kefir, lactose reduced yogurt - OK)
  • wheat - Gut cramping, fatigue, mild depression
  • millet - fatigue
  • Tomatoes (nightshades) - Knee pain
  • caffeine - Gut cramping, jitteriness
  • grains (short-grain rice in particular) - fatigue
  • pineapple - Gut cramping
  • Antibiotic fed chicken - Blah feelings
  • alcohol - weakness
  • Spring water - spaciness
  • beans - Gas, gut cramping
  • eggs - Gut cramping
  • grapes - Gut cramping
  • bananas - Gut cramping
  • Sugary foods - almost always eat with proteins or fats - otherwise - lots of weakness
