I just bumped into one of my weirder food sensitivities - and I thought I would plop them down here in case they might help others. The latest was corn - my shoulder/neck tightened up really bad. That used to happen regularly. It could be agonizing...There are probably a few more but here they are.
I still eat some of these (grains) but in moderation.

- corn - muscles spasms in neck/shoulder
- soy - Extreme lethargy, only alcohol wipes me out more than soy
- dairy - Gut cramping (kefir, lactose reduced yogurt - OK)
- wheat - Gut cramping, fatigue, mild depression
- millet - fatigue
- Tomatoes (nightshades) - Knee pain
- caffeine - Gut cramping, jitteriness
- grains (short-grain rice in particular) - fatigue
- pineapple - Gut cramping
- Antibiotic fed chicken - Blah feelings
- alcohol - weakness
- Spring water - spaciness
- beans - Gas, gut cramping
- eggs - Gut cramping
- grapes - Gut cramping
- bananas - Gut cramping
- Sugary foods - almost always eat with proteins or fats - otherwise - lots of weakness
