I have been working with Boron for some time now but lapsed and back on it and learning more and more about dosing, everything I read is 3-10mg daily and I'm now taking 12mg daily..6mg two times daily.

A friend said to get Now Foods borogluconate as it's supposed to be best for OA and other pain issues of the joints.

In countries where Boron is higher in soil, far far less arthritis.

BTW: Fibro is mentioned in many of these links.
