The "read" is long but try to get thru some of it.....makes so so much sense.

I sent this to my friends who are like minded and one sent me a note back saying:

This article should be on every newspaper and FB page in America.

I went back and re-read this LONG essay with So Much To Tell us on viruses....to sum it all up the last 2-3 paragraphs say it all for us and how the higher ups can help keep us healthier...but they don't go there. We have to do it on our own and MOST do not, watching the tv all day does not do it.
