Thanks @Empty. I've read her book but had never heard her speak. Wow she's knowledgeable. I think I'll take her advice and eat yet more fats and less carbs...

It is nice isn't it to be able to watch all these things free from home, preferable I find.

Some in the clip I think where asking about being a vegetarian and vegan. I think her reply was approximately that she doesn't ask her patients to do anything that she doesn't do and that the ketogenic diet, focus on fat and fibre wasn't really doable as a vegetarian/vegan.

However it seems that it is very doable to reach ketosis as a vegan and it is called the "Eco Atkins" diet. Because it is whole plant fats it also offers the additional benefits of heart protection too etc. I have not looked into this diet but wished to offer it as a link to search for. There are some studies on it too.
