Ozone therapy

I have a good friend that keeps telling me about Ozone therapy. It’s apoarentky widely used in Germany and they have excellent studies on its success at ridding the body of viruses, bacteria and more. So I have to ask, has anyone done it and if so, what was your experience? Or is anyone researched this to a great degree or have a friend who did it? Any information would be great. Thanks!
