The P2P report contained many more specific recommendations than the IOM report. They recommended greatly increased research funding, COE's, international conferences, etc.

NIH to host telebriefing to discuss panel report from Pathways to Prevention Workshop: Advancing the Research on ME/CFS

Press Telebriefing - The workshop panel will hold a press telebriefing to discuss their findings and answer questions from members of the media. Shortly after the conclusion of the telebriefing, an audio playback will be available for a four week period.
