Moderate/severe CFS (about 9 months). I've had numerous tests in the last month, including for active viruses (EBV, CMV, Coxsackievirus, etc.), and the only positive result was a PCR blood test for HHV7 (I've attached a photo). HHV6, however, is negative. Do you think I should treat it? Could it be contributing to my symptoms (severe fatigue, PEM, and other typical symptoms)? I have a doctor's appointment in 12 days; any advice you can give would be helpful. Thanks!
