Today was step one to nail down a diagnosis. Right now it's CVID
I had labs and then got rhe pneumovax 23 to do the vaccine challenge. In a month I go back and get labs again (serotypes) and then they check the immune response.
Also got tested for ANA and lymphocyte subsets
So my arm is starting to kill me. I've got ice on it but I'm not sure how much it's helping. I had the Pmeumovax 13 2 years ago and my arm got all red, hot and swollen. They told me today that is an allergic reaction. The pcp who gave it to me told me nothing.
I've been trying to get my immune crap dx'd for a few years. Finally
We'll also see how much LDI is helping with PEM. It had helped a lot but my last dose was very low so this will be interesting.
