Stomach Protection from NSAID Use (Colostrum)

A friend brought this to my attention the other day as she knows I take 200mg ibuprofen every 6 hrs for Arthritic issues and chronic pain. I have not tried it yet, but have heard a lot about Colostrum for years. Back in the 80's I ended up with stomach ulcer from a pharma drug I was taking for OA issues...now I take the above and no more pharma drugs. Have resigned myself to chronic pain too. And Make Sure I have food in my stomach with what I do now.

This info made me feel better about getting on Colostrum. Woke up this morning thinking -- would "it" cause constipation and that's the last thing I need and all the info I've been reading says No, and normalizes gastro in general.
