A friend is experimenting with L Dopa from the Velvet Bean and she's already feeling a little less pain/stiffness in her knees. I just got my bottle from iherb and will be working with it too. I deal with OA, some Fibro issues and always seeking new alternatives that could HELP. So maybe it's the low dopamine in many of us. Those with Parkinsons use L Dopa meds.
