I had one in 2010 at 72 and have and do live in misery. I was searching for other stories and found this group of wounded warriors.

Too bad that the medical folks dont tell people about silica, calcium alone wont work . I think silica can still help jaminhealth ,even with your age, and it is also anti-inflammatory .

Bones and joint need several minerals not just calcium and silic., boron , magnesium and maybe others

Oh the medical world is an assembly line of surgeries...big $$$ and talk about surgeon stress....and patient stress and living with outcomes they NEVER anticipated.

I'm waiting for the Living Silica to arrive to start rubbing in my knee. And other places I can reach.
