Unrelenting morning hangover feeling - is it the season?

Has anyone else noticed a seasonal change to their ability to wake up in the morning and be functional? My daughter's morning hangover dizzy feeling is back in full force again this year. It began later than usual this fall. She also had the flu starting a few days before Christmas and lasting almost 10 days. The flu itself seems to be gone but her ability to wake up or have any cognitive or physical functioning is non-existent. She has such a hung over feeling that even getting out of bed is impossible. Do most of you experience a seasonal change? Any idea why this happens?

I never looked at this as seasonal change. This Run Over By a Mack Truck began not long after FM dx in 1999 or so. I just posted that it's FINALLY began to be less and less and I believe for me it could the Super Cortisol from Now Foods I take and a year soon on HGH homeopathic gel. I'm 81.

I have a post on Run Over By a Truck title.
