Video to Lull You To Sleep.

I have trouble turning my mind off at night sometimes and find videos of this nature helpful. Maybe some of you do too?

This one is particularly soothing to me because one of my favorite things is to take my dogs to the creek to swim. I wish we could visit Ireland someday!

I can see why you like that. This is a good example of how people differ with what helps or annoys them.

I love the water but the birds drive me nuts! It's still in my brain torturing me

I searched for an ocean waves app that did not have seagulls in it and had just the right amount of wave action, not too much crashing

I ended up with 2 apps, one with waves only and another that had tons of sounds, fans, washing machine, sprinklers, hailstorm, sandstorm and more. It has singing Tibetan bowls which I loved to help me breath more slowly but that too is now torture.

We can go to Ireland and then I'm off to Scotland!

I need white noise, a constant sound, nothing with variations. Think that will be an option for my hearing aide, so might not need a sound machine at night anymore?!
