VIP Spray Side Effects?

I've recently been prescribed VIP spray as part of a mold protocol.
I read on Shoemaker's site that they give the first dose in the office in case of adverse effects.
Any ideas what those adverse effects might be? I'm a little nervous to try it now...
Does anyone have any experience with VIP spray to help me know what to expect?
